SB 131 establishes a Law that continues Former Governor Sisolak’s executive order that women coming to Nevada for an abortion will not be extradited to their home state where abortions are illegal. Nevada in no way will give information to the woman’s home state to allow that state to prosecute her for the abortion.

Also, no abortion provider that obtains a license to perform reproduction services in Nevada will be extradited to another State where abortions are illegal.
